It's easy to get lost in shadows of thoughts within the mind.... So finding a way to quiet it is a very useful tool.... I use meditation and observation as some of the tools... Meditation allows you to strengthen your concentration and focus... Observation allows you to hold it into a energy like love for a longer period of time... Our thoughts is one of the leaders manifesting our realities.... Patience with yourself it will quiet over time if given a chance....

Different Meditations
I like to use charging meditations that fill me with love and other energies to push my issues to the surface so I may address them... Release them and move forward... As your issues surface they start to manifest in the conscious soup of your reality... Protection and healing can be maintained during these times to function (dharma protection)... But if you don't charge yourself you may forget about the higher vibrations and how fun they are... Love and peace... Remember...
