Frustrating: I seem to lack the words for the present I am in…. Daily channeling and yes the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram seems to be my future as well …. I have said in the past not to use the LBRP tooo frequently but here I am attempting to live in poisonous environments where being nice gives others the ability to attack psychically…. verbally…. and energetically me…. Being nice should not be a weakness but a strength within.,.. Peace to you ….
