Illness

 I have found during psychic attacks that the energy is finding the like energy within me to become something because it is nothing. Ill will or ill consciousness finding the energy of ill within me to attach to and feed. I have found removing this ill within me the attacks become less and less. I'm finding happiness in the middle of negativity. Not out of exceptance for survival but complete defiance creating happiness... Just a tip to add to a healers arsenal....
